Have you heard of someone making money so fast without doing something and investing anything? Well, I haven’t heard one from hundreds of ways to earn money, but what I understand is that you can earn without draining yourself too much but you have to invest something or you can earn without investing money but it takes time and effort to achieve it. How is this so?

How do you earn a living without investing money? Go out and look around. As for instance, if you see a house and lot for sale, take courage and go inside, look for the owner and ask how much he is selling the property. With wisdom and fair negotiation, you can bargain to be his agent in finding a good buyer and discuss what percentage you can get, then go and do what you said. In this way, you earned cash without giving out money and all you need is effort and skill to achieve it. Other ways include reselling other people’s products like homemade ice cream, cakes, soaps, shoes and bags, etc. through Internet or direct selling. All you need is an effort with perseverance and determination then you can earn little by little until you save enough to earn bigger money through business which will be discussed at the latter part.

On the other hand, how can you find a way to make money without exhausting yourself? Invest, invest, and invest. This time, you need money at hand, research for a reliable bank that has a higher interest rate or invest it in stock shares where you can deposit your money and the return will depend on the rate of interest per annum. But seek advice first before investing your money in stock shares because this is very risky.

Or perhaps you are tired of being employed, working day and night, but there can be a breakthrough, you can be the boss. There are a bunch of home based jobs offered online where you are in charge to choose your own time to work, with the advantage of working at home and spending more time with your family. Jobs include article writing, movie translating, technical support, and a lot more but this requires interest, skills and determination or you can find yourself in the same condition again, bored and exhausted.

Another way is starting your own business, which I have mentioned on the second paragraph. You are the boss and the return is good compared when you are the agent. If you sell goods or foods, you need to consider your capital and what is feasible in your area. There are seasonal businesses and for all season goods like school supplies and snack foods. Or you can build a computer cafe, machine shop, and the likes but this is recommended to be based on your skill so you may save paying extra if you will get someone to work for you.

Lastly, expect the unexpected because in putting up a business, there are ups and downs too, that’s why not only funds should be invested but also your time and effort. Attend seminars or research online about topics on entrepreneurship or businesses that can help you perceive what you need to anticipate. And there are also businessmen out there who share their experiences and lessons they have learned that may guide you later on. Don’t forget whatever option you choose to earn money, take time to pray for it, for as the Scripture says in Proverbs 16:3, “Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and your plans will succeed”, and so it shall be.
